Where To Stay...

There are a variety of accomodations in the Spruce Pine area available to runners who would like to spend the night either before or after the race. Courtesy of the Mitchell County Chamber of Commerce, here is a listing of accomodations by type:

Friday, August 22, 2008 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

Packets will be available at First Baptist Church in Spruce Pine, NC. Here is a map showing the church's location. A pasta dinner will be served at the church from 5:00-8:00 p.m. for participants. R.S.V.P. is requested, but not required.

Packets will be available from 7:00-8:00 a.m. at the race site at Springmaid Mountain in Spruce Pine, NC.
